Your Name:Edward (or just Ed)

Your Location: I’m down in good old Tampa Bay. (Tampa, FL)

What you do: I am currently Cyberlight’s special project artist. I contribute my art for various places in the site.

Your Interests: I get so frustrated when I have to answer a question like this. I always feel as if I missed something. Well, here’s the list my brain decided to spit out: sewing, surfing, drawing, acting, comic books, anime/manga, gothic themes, reading, writing, animal activism, paranormal research, etc.

Your Dislikes: This is a little easier. I’m very much against prejudice and cliques. Because of issues like these, there is so much hatred in the world that we can all very much do without. I also hate milk and the colour yellow… Please don’t ask…

Your favorite bands: Huge fan of Nightwish, Within Temptation, Evanescence, Tristiana, and Lacuna Coil. I also listen to really mellow music like from The Postal Service, The Format, and Scooter

Favourite Artist: I am a huge fan of the Hawaiian painter Christain Riese Lassen. His choice of colour is absolutely beautiful and it is able to blend fantasy with reality. I strongly suggest google-ing his name and look up on his art. And if you ever get the chance to go to Hawaii, I suggest going to his store. Oh man. I <3 his work!!!

Your favorite writer: Definately Edgar Allan Poe and Sylvia Platt. I also like Louise Carroll.

Your favorite book: Collections from Poe and Platt. I love the original Alice in Wonderland. I also read a lot of research books. Sometimes I like so question how big of a nerd I really am…

Who you admire : I’ve been a chem geek my entire life. I would have to say I’m a huge fan of Zosimus’ work as well as Isaac Newton. Again, how big of a nerd am I?

Your secret origin: Once upon a time, a strange little girl was brought to Earth that fateful day of 11 February, 1988. It was that day the world feared of yet another imperfection (she was REALLY strange…). The strange little girl attended a private school since she was 3 up to 14 years of age. The other little boys and girls did not like the strange little girl. They did not like how dark she always seemed to be, and no little child enjoyed being around her “gothic” persona. Because of this, the strange little girl would always be alone either reading a book or drawing equally strange pictures.

The strange little girl grew fond of her talent and began to develop it. Her art grew to be unique which drew others a little closer to the strange little girl. She worked hard day and night just to get her art perfect. She wanted her art to express her inner self.
Still, up to this day, the strange little girl, now an adult, uses her art to reveal who she is inside. It shows how she feels, it show how she thinks. Her art is her soul.

Your future plans in comics: Being a commercial arts student, you'd think I want to carry out art for the rest of my life. Unfortunately though, art is just a hobby and will probably go nowhere further than the internet. Though, I love comics, and I would love to get a job at one of the major comic industries. But for now, art and drawing comics are limited to the internet.

I would really like to be a penciled for a big comic book company, but I know I probably won’t ever reach that. Despite the fact my art tends to lack colour, I would probably like to be a colourist though. Maybe I can find a gothy little comic I can work for in the future. =3

Favorite Bible verse: I'm asked this a lot actually, but I never have an answer. I'm more into the stories. I love the Book of Exodus and the Book of Revalations though if that counts any.
